. Returns for Physical Products (Gadgets, Electronics, Furniture)

We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Item damaged during shipping

  • Product not functioning on arrival

  • Item not as described or missing parts

❌ Not Acceptable for Return:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer

  • Items reported more than 3 days after delivery

  • Used items or items not in original condition

2. Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery

  • Product must be in its original packaging and unused

  • Proof of purchase and a clear photo or video of the issue is required

  • We may inspect the item before approving the return

3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Include photos or videos of the issue

  4. Wait for our return instructions or pickup schedule

  5. Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund


Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds

Due to the downloadable nature of digital products (like eBooks, software, courses, plugins, etc.), all digital product sales are final. No returns or refunds will be granted once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

If your file is damaged, inaccessible, or not as described, contact us and we’ll help you get a working version or resolve the issue.

Procurement & Shipping Services – Non-Refundable

All procurement and shipping services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once payment is made and the process begins:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded

  • We are not responsible for supplier-side delays, but we will assist in resolution

  • You will receive full support and tracking throughout the process
